Inline, and the one component that reaches outside the page's own source:
`_partials/` in **any** source feeds one shared collection.

## Usage

```mdc
:partial{name="install"}
```

## API

### Props

| Prop   | Type     | Default | Notes                                  |
| :----- | :------- | :------ | :------------------------------------- |
| `name` | `string` | —       | The file in `_partials/`, without `.md` |

## Notes

Content ships no include directive, and across repositories that is a gap with no
workaround: an install note that must read the same in three projects is copied
into three projects and drifts. A block defined in one repository is callable
from the pages of another.

Translated like a page. A source declaring `locales` gets one partials
collection per language — `docs/de/_partials/install.md` is the German
`install` — and the component falls back exactly as the page around it does,
ending at the untranslated original. Write only the languages you have; the
rest resolve upwards.
