The block at the foot of every page.

| Event | Payload | When |
| :--------- | :------------------ | :------------------------- |
| `feedback` | `helpful: boolean` | The reader answers |

### Slots

| Slot | Props | What it replaces |

| `default` | `{ answered, answer }` | The question and buttons |

## Notes

A slot with an event and no backend, and that is the whole design. The layer
stores nothing and sends nothing: it has no business knowing where a consumer's
analytics live, and a documentation theme that phones home by default is not one
to publish. The answer lives in the component's own state for the length of the
visit and nowhere else — a route change resets it, because a new page is a new
question.

Wiring it up is a guide of its own:
[Collect page feedback](/guides/collect-page-feedback).
