# linear_email_intake_address (Resource)

Manages a Linear email intake address — the mailbox inbound mail becomes issues through, together with the auto-replies sent back.

The address itself is generated by Linear rather than chosen, so `address` is read-only.

## Schema

### Optional

- `customer_requests_enabled` (Boolean) Whether inbound mail also creates customer requests. Needs Linear Customers enabled for the workspace.
- `enabled` (Boolean) Whether the address accepts mail.
- `forwarding_email_address` (String) Address mail is forwarded from, when the intake sits behind another mailbox.
- `issue_canceled_auto_reply` (String) Auto-reply sent when the issue is canceled.
- `issue_canceled_auto_reply_enabled` (Boolean) Whether the canceled auto-reply is sent.
- `issue_completed_auto_reply` (String) Auto-reply sent when the issue is completed.
- `issue_completed_auto_reply_enabled` (Boolean) Whether the completed auto-reply is sent.
- `issue_created_auto_reply` (String) Auto-reply sent when the issue is created.
- `issue_created_auto_reply_enabled` (Boolean) Whether the created auto-reply is sent.
- `reopen_on_reply` (Boolean) Whether a reply reopens a closed issue.
- `replies_enabled` (Boolean) Whether replies on the thread are pulled back into the issue.
- `sender_name` (String) Name auto-replies are sent under.
- `team_id` (String) UUID of the team incoming mail creates issues for.
- `template_id` (String) UUID of the `linear_template` incoming issues are created from. Set it to `""` to unset the reference — leaving the attribute out of the configuration keeps whatever is live, so `""` is how a configuration asks for no reference at all.
- `type` (String) Kind of intake address — e.g. `team`, `template`, `asks`. Changing it replaces the resource, since the update mutation has no `type`.
- `use_user_names_in_replies` (Boolean) Whether replies are attributed to the responding member by name.

### Read-Only

- `address` (String) The generated email address mail is sent to.
- `id` (String) UUID of the intake address.

## Import

Import is supported using the following syntax:
